What you'll do

As an Account Manager at TravelPerk, you will actively contribute to maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction across the Long Tail segment in the Benelux & Nordics regions. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring that their needs are met, and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients, helping them navigate our platform effectively.

You will engage with clients regularly to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
