Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, particularly in data science or analytics, and are passionate about using data to drive decision-making. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business stakeholders. Your experience includes leading product development initiatives and a solid understanding of predictive modeling and analytics. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are eager to make a significant impact on the company's growth.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech or insurance sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplace dynamics and user behavior analytics. You are comfortable working with messy, real-world data and have a knack for turning complex data sets into actionable insights. A background in machine learning or statistical analysis would be beneficial, as well as experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of predictive models that optimize user offers in the insurance marketplace. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the models are effectively integrated into the product. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product roadmap. You will also analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, directly impacting the company's revenue generation.

Collaboration is key in this position; you will engage with various stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the product meets user needs and business objectives. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the predictive models and iterating on them based on user feedback and data analysis. Additionally, you will present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, helping to shape the strategic direction of the product.
