Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as a data scientist, with a strong focus on product analytics and experimentation. Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to uncover insights and frame them in a way that drives strategic decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure that data informs every aspect of product development.

You possess a deep understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques, enabling you to design and evaluate experiments effectively. Your proactive approach means you are always looking for opportunities to improve patient engagement and clinical efficiency through data-driven insights. You are comfortable communicating complex findings to stakeholders across various departments, ensuring that everyone has the context they need to make informed decisions.

Desirable

Experience with healthcare data or analytics is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel. You are also encouraged to bring any experience you have with predictive modeling and performance analysis to the table, as these will be key components of your role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own projects that range from conducting growth and performance analyses to designing and evaluating experiments that guide product decisions. You will build predictive models that help improve patient engagement and clinical efficiency, ensuring that your insights are actionable and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Your ability to communicate insights proactively will be crucial, as you will need to frame results in business terms that resonate with leaders across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with your core cross-functional teammates, including Product, Engineering, and Design, to ensure that data is at the forefront of product development. Your analytical thought leadership will help shape the direction of Talkiatry's product offerings as the company continues to grow and iterate on its services. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior data team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
