You have 5+ years of experience as a data scientist, with a strong focus on product analytics and experimentation. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure that data informs every aspect of product development.

You possess a deep understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques, enabling you to design and evaluate experiments effectively. Your proactive approach means you are always looking for opportunities to improve patient engagement and clinical efficiency through data-driven insights. You are comfortable communicating complex findings to stakeholders across various departments, ensuring that everyone has the context they need to make informed decisions.

Desirable

Experience with healthcare data or analytics is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel. You are also encouraged to bring any experience you have with predictive modeling and performance analysis to the table, as these will be key components of your role.
