You are a Customer Experience Development Professional with a strong understanding of customer journey mapping and a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction metrics like NPS. You have experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Category, and Operations to drive impactful changes. Your data-driven mindset allows you to identify pain points effectively and turn customer feedback into actionable improvements. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating a customer-first culture within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be central to enhancing the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that customer feedback is at the forefront of all initiatives. You will map customer experiences and identify pain points, working closely with various teams to implement solutions that improve overall customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include proactive solution design, competitor benchmarking, and KPI tracking to ensure a continuous focus on customer needs. You will act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring that the company's strategies align with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
