Your experience includes mapping customer experiences, identifying pain points, and turning feedback into actionable improvements. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Category, and Operations to drive sustainable growth.
You possess a data-driven mindset and are comfortable using analytics to inform your decisions. You have a proactive approach to solution design and are familiar with competitor benchmarking. Your ability to track KPIs ensures that you maintain a continuous βcustomer-firstβ approach across the company. You are passionate about creating impactful customer experiences and are eager to contribute to a strong learning culture.
