Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the Mid-Market segment. Your ability to build deep relationships with clients is unmatched, and you thrive on ensuring their success and satisfaction with the Navan platform. You understand the importance of being a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their onboarding process and helping them engage with the platform effectively. Your communication skills allow you to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from program administrators to C-suite executives.

You are results-driven and understand the nuances of managing a T&E program. Your strategic mindset enables you to align client goals with the capabilities of the Navan platform, ensuring they unlock maximum value from their partnership. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on client needs. You are passionate about driving revenue through client satisfaction and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team culture.

Desirable

Experience in the travel and expense management industry is a plus, as is familiarity with SaaS platforms. You may have a background in sales or customer success, which complements your account management skills. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at TripActions, you will manage all post-sales activities for Mid-Market customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients are happy and referenceable, driving revenue through strong relationship-building and product knowledge. You will work closely with clients to ensure they are onboarded successfully and that they engage with the Navan platform in an optimized way. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations, to ensure that client needs are met and that you are exceeding their expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively across departments will be crucial in driving client success and achieving revenue goals. You will also own the renewal process for your accounts, ensuring that clients continue to see value in their partnership with Navan.

In addition to managing existing accounts, you will identify opportunities for cross-selling adjacent products from across our portfolio. Your insights into client needs will help shape product offerings and enhance the overall client experience. You will be expected to meet and exceed your targets, contributing significantly to the revenue generated by the Mid-Market team.
