Navan is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with clients and collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure successful implementation of Navan’s platform. This role requires a proven track record in sales and relationship management.

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. With experience in engaging and building relationships with C-level executives, you thrive in a hyper-growth environment and are motivated by achieving targets. You understand the importance of a value-based sales approach and can effectively communicate Navan’s unique value proposition to potential clients.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys sharing learnings and troubleshooting challenges with your peers. Your ability to forecast revenue accurately and manage sales activities within your account list is crucial for success in this role. You are comfortable using Salesforce for tracking sales activities and ensuring that your pipeline is robust and well-maintained.
Desirable
Experience in the travel or expense management industry is a plus, as is familiarity with consumption-based selling models. You are adaptable and can navigate new territories effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to sourcing and closing new business opportunities.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Navan, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by creating and managing opportunities in your pipeline, leading to the successful closing of 2-4 deals per quarter. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, partnering with the Account Management team to ensure a successful launch and ongoing usage of Navan’s platform.
You will oversee all sales activity within your account list, ensuring accurate monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce. Understanding Navan’s value proposition and solutions will be key to your success, as you will utilize appropriate value-based sales approaches to engage potential clients. You will also be expected to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Navan provides a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and target incentive compensation. The pay range for this role is $192,000—$225,000 USD, reflecting the importance of exceeding sales targets.
