What you'll do
As the Manager of Commercial Account Management, you will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for driving revenue through exceptional client service. You will identify, attract, and retain top talent, ensuring your team is equipped to meet the demands of the market. Your role involves developing and coaching your team to align with the company's mission and goals, fostering a high-performance culture. You will oversee daily activities, monitor performance goals, and provide ongoing feedback to help your team succeed.
