Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, with experience in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth. Your ability to build deep relationships with clients makes you a trusted advisor, ensuring they maximize the value from the Navan platform. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
You understand the importance of onboarding clients successfully and guiding them through their entire T&E program. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with clients at all levels, from program administrators to C-suite executives. You are results-driven and focused on achieving program goals while fostering long-term partnerships.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at TripActions, you will manage all post-sales activities for Commercial customers, ensuring they are satisfied and engaged with the Navan platform. You will develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, aligning their program goals with the services offered by Navan. Your role will involve driving usage of the platform, ensuring clients manage their T&E programs effectively.
You will be responsible for renewing accounts and cross-selling adjacent products from our portfolio, contributing significantly to revenue generation. Your collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams will be crucial in delighting clients and achieving business objectives. You will navigate a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and challenges while maintaining a focus on client success.
