You'll work at the intersection of Product, Support, Engineering, and General Functions to enhance workflows and unblock teams. This role requires strong execution skills and the ability to influence product enhancements.

Who you are
You have a strong background in driving technology adoption within organizations, particularly in AI initiatives. Your experience allows you to operate effectively at the intersection of multiple functions, including Product, Support, and Engineering. You are adept at identifying friction points that hinder teams from leveraging AI tools and have a proven track record of implementing solutions that enhance workflows.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to act as an evangelist for AI tools while also serving as a critical feedback loop for core developers. Your ability to partner with various business units ensures that no team is left behind in the transition to an AI-native operating model. You thrive in environments where you can get your hands dirty, working closely with teams to unblock challenges and drive product enhancements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and eliminating friction points that prevent teams from adopting AI. This includes addressing issues such as permission bottlenecks in Finance, data serialization challenges in Support, and documentation gaps in Engineering. You will redefine human-centric workflows by collaborating with Support Ops and General Functions to transform manual tasks into AI-augmented processes.
Your mission is to ensure that the promise of agentic workflows is realized for every team you engage with. You will act as the voice of the internal user, using insights from Support and Engineering workflows to influence the product roadmap. Your work will be critical in driving the successful implementation of AI tools across the organization, ensuring that all teams can effectively leverage these technologies to enhance their operations.
What we offer
TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $86,250—$149,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in our AI initiative.
