Job Description
Who you are
You have over 8 years of experience in digital transformation, product strategy, or AI enablement, ideally within high-growth tech environments. With at least 5 years focused specifically on People, Finance, or Legal technologies, you possess a deep understanding of core People and Finance systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, and Oracle Financials. You have a proven track record of leading AI implementations or workflow automation projects, showcasing your expertise in LLM capabilities like Gemini, Claude, GPT, and Copilot. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to bridge the gap between engineering and business discussions seamlessly. You are a natural translator, facilitator, and storyteller, with strong communication skills that enable you to convey complex ideas clearly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the AI Transformation executive and be responsible for defining and executing Lyft's most impactful transformation initiatives. You will identify high-impact AI opportunities and prototype solutions that guide the global workforce toward responsible and inclusive AI adoption. Collaborating closely with business and technical leaders across People, Finance, and Legal technologies, you will work to redefine the team member experience. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that AI initiatives align with Lyft's strategic goals. You will also be tasked with measuring the success of these initiatives and iterating on them based on feedback and performance metrics. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Lyft's journey to becoming an AI-native company, and you will play a key part in fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
What we offer
Lyft offers a competitive salary range for this position in the San Francisco area, between $176,000 and $220,000, not including potential equity offerings, bonuses, or benefits.
