TripActions is hiring a Core Launch Manager to oversee the implementation and launch of their travel and expense platform. You'll work closely with growth customers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across various teams.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in project management, particularly in a customer-facing role, where you've successfully managed the implementation of complex systems. Your experience includes developing trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are aligned with the services provided, and maximizing the value they receive from the partnership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from program administrators to C-suite executives. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable plans is a key strength. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that every aspect of the launch process is executed flawlessly.
What you'll do
As a Core Launch Manager, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and launch of TripActions' travel and expense platform for a portfolio of growth customers. You will act as a strategic project manager, guiding clients through the configuration, launch, and post-launch support phases. Your role will involve managing pre-launch alignment, configuration, customer go-live, user training, and conducting check-in calls and launch reviews. You will collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to validate customer use cases and ensure alignment on launch objectives.
You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are unlocking maximum value from their partnership with TripActions. This includes understanding their specific use cases and providing insights on how to best utilize the platform. You will lead the smooth transition of customers to their designated Account Manager post-launch, ensuring that all launch revenue goals are met or exceeded. Your willingness to travel to customer sites for launches will be essential in providing hands-on support and fostering strong client relationships.
What we offer
TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $96,000 to $160,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in driving customer success and revenue growth. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
