Desirable

Experience with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs. You are willing to travel for client visits, demonstrating your commitment to providing exceptional service and support during the implementation process.

What you'll do

As the Enterprise Launch Manager, you will be responsible for managing global implementation projects from the moment a contract is signed until the platform goes live. You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate deliverables, and ensure that all deployments are completed on time and to a high standard. Your role will involve collaborating with the Sales team to prepare and present custom implementation plans to prospective customers, showcasing your ability to tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

You will act as the primary technical contact for each implementation, working closely with the customer’s project and IT teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. Your project management skills will be crucial in navigating the complexities of each implementation, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. You will also engage with internal teams, including Technical Integrations, Product & Engineering, Finance, and Support, to ensure that customer goals are met and exceeded.

In addition to managing the implementation process, you will be responsible for the hypercare phase during the first weeks post go-live, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and that customers feel supported as they transition to using the Navan platform. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations will be key to your success in this role.
