What you'll do
In this role, you will provide exceptional travel support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring that travelers have a seamless experience. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems to assist customers effectively. Your responsibilities will include accurately handling hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings while guiding customers in self-service options on the Navan platform and app. You will respond promptly to customer inquiries, meeting SLA expectations, and follow company policies to ensure global compliance. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss products, suppliers, and industry updates, providing valuable feedback to enhance our customer-facing and internal platforms.
