TripActions is hiring a Business Travel Consultant to provide best-in-class travel support for users. You'll assist travelers with bookings and resolve issues while collaborating with internal teams. Fluency in German is mandatory for this role.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a skilled communicator with fluency in German and English, capable of providing exceptional customer support in the travel industry. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to assist travelers with their needs through various contact channels. Your ability to analyze customer requirements quickly and accurately will help you excel in this role. You are familiar with travel industry regulations and compliance requirements, which will enable you to navigate the complexities of travel bookings effectively.

What you'll do

As a Business Travel Consultant at TripActions, you will be responsible for assisting travelers with their travel needs, providing support through chat, call, and email. You will maintain extensive knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and systems to ensure accurate information is provided for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings. Your role will involve responding to customers within SLA expectations and following company travel and expense procedures. You will also have the opportunity to provide feedback to product, design, and engineering teams to improve customer-facing platforms.
