Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales and consulting, ideally with 5+ years of experience in enterprise solutions. Your expertise in accounting and finance allows you to understand client needs deeply and provide tailored solutions that drive value. You are a subject matter expert in expense management platforms and corporate credit cards, enabling you to effectively communicate the benefits of Navan Expense to clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product, finance, support, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and exceed goals. Your ability to engage with C-suite executives demonstrates your strong communication skills and strategic thinking. You are results-driven, with a proven track record of expanding product offerings and increasing adoption within the enterprise market segment.
Desirable
Experience with expense management solutions or corporate credit card systems is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce and SQL will enhance your ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions. You are comfortable navigating complex client relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at TripActions, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the Navan Expense product line. You will partner with Account Managers to expand the product offerings within current strategic travel accounts, ensuring that clients are delighted with the solutions provided. Your responsibilities will include implementing the Expense solution and driving adoption among enterprise clients. You will leverage your knowledge of accounting and finance to assist in developing effective strategies that align with market demands and internal parity. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and support for clients, ultimately driving revenue growth for the company. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that Navan Expense continues to meet the evolving needs of the market.
