Who you are
You have a strong background in finance and accounting, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a consulting or sales role. Your expertise allows you to understand client needs deeply and translate them into effective solutions. You are skilled in managing relationships with C-suite executives and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. You are a subject matter expert in expense management solutions and corporate credit cards, enabling you to provide valuable insights to clients. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of enterprise sales, ensuring that you meet the diverse needs of your clients.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at TripActions, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the Navan Expense product. You will partner with Account Managers to expand product offerings within strategic travel accounts, ensuring that clients are delighted with the solutions provided. Your responsibilities will include implementing the Expense solution and increasing adoption rates within the enterprise market segment. You will leverage your knowledge of accounting and finance to assist in developing effective strategies that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations, to ensure alignment and success in meeting client goals. Your role will involve understanding market demands and internal parity, allowing you to position the Navan Expense product effectively. You will also be responsible for tracking client feedback and using it to inform product improvements and enhancements.

TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $136,000—$170,000 USD, along with performance-based incentives.
