What you'll do

As an Account Management Associate, you will partner with a team of Account Managers to provide exceptional support to our Travel and Expense customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product-related configuration queries and troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless experience. You will collaborate closely with global teams in Product, Finance, Operations, and Travel Experience to deliver outstanding service. This role offers world-class training and a fast track towards a revenue-driving Account Manager position, allowing you to grow your career in account management.
