You have a strong scientific background and project management skills, enabling you to understand complex R&D processes in the biotechnology sector. Your experience working with diverse teams allows you to effectively communicate and implement solutions that meet customer needs. You are adept at managing customer relationships and ensuring successful rollouts of technology solutions. Your ability to analyze requirements and design tailored implementations is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with research scientists and internal teams to drive project success. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results that enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at Benchling, you will lead the implementation of the R&D Cloud platform for a variety of biotech clients, from startups to large pharmaceutical companies. You will manage all aspects of customer rollouts, including requirements analysis, solution design, configurations, testing, training, and onboarding users. Your role will involve working hand in hand with research scientists to ensure that the solutions you implement effectively transform their research processes. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for expansion projects with existing customers, helping them to adopt new processes and technologies. Your project management skills will be crucial as you coordinate with various teams within Benchling to ensure timely and successful implementations. You will continuously seek feedback from customers to refine and improve the implementation process, ensuring that Benchling remains a leader in providing innovative solutions for the biotech industry.
