Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in demand generation, where you've successfully executed campaigns across paid social, programmatic display, content syndication, and ABM platforms. Your strong quantitative mindset allows you to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
You are a self-motivated and performance-driven individual who thrives on taking ownership of projects. Your analytical skills enable you to provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement. You are detail-oriented and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, which is essential for success in this role.
Your prior agency experience is a strong plus, as it has equipped you with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage projects effectively. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and translate data trends into actionable insights.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, build, and manage digital media campaigns end-to-end, focusing on audience targeting, budget forecasting, and ongoing optimization to drive KPI performance. You will collaborate closely with demand generation campaign managers to craft and execute media plans for strategic projects that have a high business impact.
You will partner with an in-house creative team to produce best-in-class ads and landing pages that support campaign goals. Regular analysis of campaign performance will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will provide insights and recommendations to help drive business growth.
As a subject matter expert on ad delivery and tracking, you will respond to inquiries and provide guidance on multivariable testing, applying insights to optimize campaigns effectively. Your proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including skills in Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF, will be crucial for managing data and reporting on campaign performance.
