You have a strong background in demand generation with at least 5 years of experience in building and executing successful marketing campaigns. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform your strategies and optimize performance across various channels. You are adept at using tools like Google Analytics to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Your experience with Marketing Operations equips you to manage and streamline processes that enhance lead generation and conversion rates. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate your ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about the wealth management industry and are excited to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
Desirable
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is a plus, as you will lead the development and execution of ABM programs. Familiarity with SQL will help you analyze data and generate insights that drive campaign performance. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the demand generation strategy for Altruist, focusing on acquisition channels that drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage potential clients and nurture them through the buyer's journey. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Operations team, you will ensure that all campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned with overall business goals. You will analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, using this information to refine your strategies and improve ROI. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing ABM initiatives that target high-value accounts, fostering relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. You will also work with sales teams to ensure that leads are effectively handed off and followed up on, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
