You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in demand generation, and a strong quantitative mindset that drives your decision-making. Your hands-on expertise in executing campaigns across paid social, programmatic display, content syndication, and ABM platforms sets you apart. You are analytical and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business goals. Your prior agency experience is a strong plus, showcasing your ability to adapt and excel in diverse settings.
You are a self-motivated, performance-driven individual eager to take ownership of your projects and contribute to the company's growth. Your proven track record of driving demand through data-driven optimization demonstrates your capability to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate insights and recommendations effectively.
What you'll do
As a Digital Demand Manager at TripActions, you will design, build, and manage digital media campaigns end-to-end, focusing on audience targeting, budget forecasting, and ongoing optimization to drive KPI performance. You will collaborate with demand generation campaign managers to craft and execute media plans for strategic projects that have a high business impact. Partnering with an in-house creative team, you will produce best-in-class ads and landing pages that align with campaign goals.
Regular analysis of campaign performance will be a key part of your role, where you will provide insights, recommendations, and takeaways to help drive business growth. You will act as a subject matter expert on ad delivery and tracking, responding to market demands and internal parity. Your ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a focus on results will be crucial to your success in this position.

TripActions offers a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $94,500—$210,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation.
