Who you are
You have 10-12 years of work experience in reputed multinational corporations, ideally with a strong background in operations management. Your leadership ability shines through as you have successfully managed teams of managers, ensuring that operational objectives are met while maintaining high standards of customer service. You possess an MBA or a Master's degree from a reputed university, which has equipped you with the strategic thinking necessary for this role. Your familiarity with the travel industry is an advantage, as it allows you to understand the nuances of customer expectations in this sector. You are data-driven and result-oriented, always looking for ways to improve processes and achieve key performance indicators. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to articulate strategies effectively to your team and stakeholders. You are also PMP certified, which adds to your credibility in managing projects and operations efficiently.
Desirable
Experience in the BPO sector and a solid understanding of travel operations will set you apart. Your knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management will help you implement best practices that enhance productivity and compliance. What you'll do
In this role, you will provide leadership and operational oversight to the Travel Experience teams, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently 24/7. You will be responsible for formulating strategic and operational objectives that align with the company's goals. Your focus will be on improving operational management systems and processes, ensuring they are cost-effective and legally compliant. You will perform quality controls to maintain high service standards and achieve KPIs that reflect the team's performance. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to build a strong team capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also find innovative ways to increase the quality of customer service, leveraging data and feedback to drive improvements.
