You possess a basic understanding of world geography, which aids in providing accurate travel information. You maintain a professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations, and are dedicated to lifting others up through teamwork.

What you'll do

As a Business Travel Consultant II at TripActions, you will be responsible for assisting travelers with their needs through various contact channels, including chat, call, and email. You will maintain extensive knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and systems to provide accurate information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings. Your role will involve making quick and accurate analyses of customer needs and urgency levels, ensuring that you respond to customers within SLA expectations. You will also support users with self-service options on the Navan platform and app, following company and customer travel and expense procedures. Regular feedback to stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities, helping to improve customer-facing and internal platforms.
