TripAdvisor is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive the success of new market expansions for TheFork's restaurant reservation system. You'll engage with restaurant managers and promote innovative dining solutions. This role is ideal for those passionate about food and technology.

You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable with cold calling and engaging potential clients. You understand the importance of building relationships and educating restaurant managers on the benefits of adopting innovative solutions. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact in the restaurant culture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and contact restaurants across Poland, utilizing cold calling techniques and following up on leads from our CRM. You will pitch and sell TheFork Manager, our restaurant reservation and management system, highlighting its features such as online reservation tools and marketing services. Your goal will be to educate and engage restaurant managers, demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their operations and customer experience.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager for New Markets, contributing to the overall strategy for market expansion. Your efforts will play a critical role in driving sales and establishing TheFork as a leader in the restaurant booking platform space. You will be part of a dedicated Inside Sales team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and celebrate successes together.
