Skello is hiring an Inside Sales Executive for the Italian market to manage the full sales cycle from lead prospecting to closing. You'll work across various sectors and customer types in Barcelona.

Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the HR tech or SaaS industry β you understand the unique challenges faced by frontline teams and are passionate about providing solutions that simplify their work. You are fluent in Italian and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
You are adaptable and can manage both inbound and outbound sales processes effectively β you enjoy the challenge of prospecting new leads while also nurturing existing relationships. Your experience spans various sectors, including hospitality, retail, and construction, giving you a broad understanding of different customer needs. You are results-driven and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead prospecting and qualification to closing deals with clients in the Italian market. You will collaborate closely with the Country Manager for Italy to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Skello's mission to improve frontline teams' daily lives. You will engage with a diverse range of customers, including small and medium-sized businesses as well as key accounts, ensuring that you understand their unique needs and how Skello's solutions can address them.
You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of Skello's HR solution to potential clients. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience. Your role will involve regular reporting on sales activities and performance metrics, allowing you to track your progress and identify areas for improvement.
