Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, particularly with multi-site restaurant groups and chains. Your experience includes managing a pipeline of clients and driving acquisition through structured meetings, both virtual and face-to-face. You excel at identifying and engaging multiple stakeholders, including CEOs and Operations leaders, to present value propositions effectively.
You are skilled in negotiating commercial terms and rates across single and multi-location agreements. Your ability to create engagement strategies helps address complex decision-making processes and operational roadblocks. You are results-driven, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets across various KPIs such as yield management and retention.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the commercial team at TheFork, focusing on acquiring and managing multi-site restaurant groups and chains. You will manage a designated pipeline of restaurant groups, driving acquisition through outbound activities and structured meetings. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging multiple stakeholders, presenting quarterly business reviews where relevant, and positioning the platformβs value proposition at scale.
You will negotiate commercial terms, rates, and margins across agreements, ensuring alignment with group-wide objectives. Your role will also involve creating engagement strategies to navigate complex decision-making processes and operational challenges. You will work closely with Sales Operations to achieve and exceed targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.
