Who you are
You have a strong background in product design, with experience in creating user-centered designs that drive product strategy and outcomes. You excel at translating research and data into clear problem definitions and actionable recommendations, ensuring that the user experience is both intuitive and effective. Your ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams allows you to balance complex operational needs with simple, well-designed solutions. You are passionate about understanding customer insights and using them to inform your design decisions, always aiming to deliver great outcomes for end customers.
Desirable
Experience with B2B platforms or marketplace ecosystems is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking principles. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have excellent communication skills to articulate your design vision to stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive product strategy and outcomes by evaluating opportunities and challenges within the marketplace ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and reliable experiences for operators, partners, and third-party merchants. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, defining user personas, and creating wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate your design ideas. You will also be involved in usability testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback, ensuring that the final product meets the needs of both the business and its users. You will contribute to the product roadmap and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and efficiently.
