TripAdvisor is hiring a Principal Application Support Engineer to lead the evolution of application support for Viator. You have extensive experience in application support, ideally with a focus on customer-facing systems. You are skilled in troubleshooting and resolving high-impact application issues, serving as the main technical contact for external partners. Your ability to lead incident response for critical system problems and conduct root cause analyses sets you apart. You are proactive in proposing process improvements and driving operational excellence within your team.

What you'll do
