Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on building user-facing features that enhance user experience. Your expertise in TypeScript allows you to write clean, maintainable code while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You are comfortable working with both frontend and backend technologies, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
Your experience with React and React Native enables you to create intuitive user interfaces that engage users and simplify complex financial data. You understand the importance of user experience and are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet user needs. You have a solid understanding of backend technologies, particularly Node.js, and are adept at building scalable applications.
You are familiar with GraphQL and PostgreSQL, which allows you to design efficient data models and optimize database interactions. Your ability to own complex features from initial design through to production ensures that you maintain a high technical bar and deliver reliable solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with product managers and designers to craft impactful features.
Desirable
Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with CI/CD practices. You are open to learning new technologies and methodologies, and you appreciate the value of mentorship and knowledge sharing within your team.
What you'll do
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Truebill, you will be responsible for developing full stack user-facing features that simplify financial data for our users. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to implement features that enhance user experience and drive financial prosperity. Your role will involve using TypeScript across the stack, building user interfaces with React and React Native, and developing backend support with Node.js and GraphQL.
You will own complex features end-to-end, from initial product and technical design stages through to production. This includes ensuring that the appropriate engineering rigor is applied for scalability, reliability, and observability. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining our high technical standards, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
