Who you are
You have experience in account management, particularly in retaining and growing customer relationships — you understand the importance of driving renewals and expanding accounts to deliver measurable business value. Your commercial acumen is complemented by your ability to build deep relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the services provided.
You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and executing defined renewal processes effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customers achieve their goals and realize the value of their partnership with Trustpilot.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Manager at Trustpilot, you will own the end-to-end renewal process for your portfolio, focusing on delivering high Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) and predictable retention. You will drive portfolio expansion through upselling and cross-selling, aiming for strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and overall growth.
You will build and maintain detailed account plans and stakeholder maps, ensuring you have a clear understanding of each client's needs and objectives. Your role will involve regular interactions with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement and value delivery.
