What you'll do

As the Head of Content Systems & Operations at GetYourGuide, you will lead a team dedicated to curating high-quality content that enhances the travel experience for users. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy and operational model of your department, ensuring that your teams are aligned and focused on delivering exceptional results. You will collaborate closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to design and implement scalable content solutions that meet the needs of modern explorers.

Your role will involve overseeing the development and execution of content strategies that leverage AI technologies, driving innovation in how content is created and managed. You will work to remove language and cultural barriers, ensuring that all travelers can access the experiences they seek. You will also be tasked with building and nurturing a high-performance culture within your teams, providing mentorship and guidance to help team members grow in their roles.

In addition, you will communicate regularly with the COO and co-founder, providing updates on departmental progress and aligning on strategic initiatives.
