You will be involved in developing recruitment strategies, including partnerships and marketing initiatives, while also tracking data across various channels. Occasionally, you will lead projects where you will directly manage talent and ensure the quality of their output before presenting it to clients. Your role will require you to be client-facing, providing support and insights as needed. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the recruitment process and improve the overall client experience. Your contributions will help shape the future of Turing's talent operations and drive the company's growth.
