You are at least 18 years old and have a mastery in at least one subject area, such as Biology or Business. You are passionate about helping students thrive and understand the importance of human connection in the learning process. You are looking for a flexible tutoring opportunity that allows you to set your own schedule while making a meaningful impact on learners.
You thrive in a virtual environment and are comfortable using technology to facilitate learning. You are dedicated to providing 1:1 support to students and are eager to join a community of tutors who share your commitment to education. You appreciate the administrative support provided by TutorMe, allowing you to focus on what you do best: tutoring.
What you'll do
As a Contract Tutor with TutorMe, you will engage with students in a virtual setting, providing personalized tutoring sessions that cater to their individual learning needs. You will utilize the Pear Deck Tutor platform to connect with learners and help them achieve their academic goals. Your role will involve preparing for sessions, delivering engaging content, and offering constructive feedback on student work.
You will have the flexibility to choose your hours and work from anywhere, making this an ideal position for educators seeking a steady source of income. You will be compensated at a rate of $16.50 per hour for your time spent in sessions or providing writing feedback. Your contributions will directly impact the learning experiences of K-12 and Higher-Ed students, equipping them with the support they need to succeed.
