What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs tailored for the Sophos Managed Detection and Response team. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop training materials that are engaging and informative. Your role will involve assessing the training needs of the team and creating programs that address those needs effectively. You will also facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring that participants gain the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

You will manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling sessions, coordinating with speakers, and tracking participant progress. Your ability to analyze feedback and training outcomes will help you continuously improve the training offerings. You will also collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that training aligns with product launches and updates, providing a comprehensive understanding of Sophos solutions.
