What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Infrastructure Engineer, you will take on a leadership role in designing and implementing the infrastructure that powers TwelveLabs' cutting-edge multimodal foundation models. You will be responsible for ensuring that the infrastructure is scalable, secure, and capable of handling large-scale AI workloads. Your hands-on approach will involve not only designing systems but also executing and optimizing them for performance and reliability.

You will collaborate closely with AI researchers and engineers to understand their infrastructure needs and translate them into actionable solutions. This includes evaluating and integrating new technologies that can enhance the capabilities of the infrastructure. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
