You possess a deep understanding of operational excellence and reliability in data management. Your experience includes implementing best practices for connection management and index strategies, ensuring that data systems are both efficient and scalable. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions before they impact performance.

You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You enjoy mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge to foster a collaborative team environment. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve both your skills and the processes around you.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with CI/CD practices. You may also have experience with containerization technologies like Docker, which can enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Webflow, you will be a key member of the Data Stores team, responsible for the reliability and scalability of our core datastores. You will work closely with product, application, and platform teams to support new feature development and ensure that our data systems meet the demands of our growing user base. Your role will involve designing and implementing strategies for schema and index optimization, as well as performance tuning to enhance the overall efficiency of our databases.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to data management and operational performance. Your insights will help shape the direction of our data infrastructure, ensuring that it aligns with the company's mission to empower users with seamless digital experiences. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles.
