What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement a formal analytics data layer that enhances the quality of R&D analytics data — your work will directly impact the ability of teams to make informed, data-backed decisions that drive innovation. You will collaborate closely with the Data Science and Analytics team to ensure that the analytics infrastructure is robust and scalable. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the analytics data layer, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring data integrity across various reporting tools.

You will also be involved in developing best practices for data management and analytics processes — this includes documenting your work and sharing knowledge with team members to foster a culture of learning and improvement. As you work on these initiatives, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of analytics at Twilio, contributing to projects that enhance product performance and user experience.
