Who you are
You have a strong background in health and safety management, with experience overseeing compliance efforts across multiple regions. Your ability to develop and implement health and safety policies is complemented by your excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively report to senior management and collaborate with various teams. You understand the importance of maintaining a safe work environment and are committed to promoting health and safety standards within the organization.
What you'll do
As the Regional Health and Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing health and safety programs across all countries where Twilio has legal entities within the EMEA region. You will report directly to the Director of Corporate Safety and Security Services, providing regular updates and recommendations on regional health and safety matters. Your role will involve ensuring that all regional health and safety activities, procedures, and documentation strictly adhere to Twilio's global health and safety policies and standards. You will also be tasked with developing, updating, and standardizing health and safety policies to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
