Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in Environmental Health and Safety management, ideally with a focus on regulatory compliance and operational readiness. Your hands-on approach allows you to effectively lead EHS programs and drive continuous improvement in safety practices across multiple facilities.
You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to manage contractor and vendor EHS professionals effectively. Collaboration is key for you, as you work closely with lab and process managers, safety engineers, and other stakeholders to create a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and executing Environmental Health and Safety programs across Meta's facilities in Taiwan and the broader APAC region. Your primary focus will be ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, while also promoting best practices in EHS.
You will lead a team of EHS professionals, guiding them in their efforts to maintain operational readiness and improve safety standards. Your collaboration with various departments will be crucial in fostering an atmosphere where safety is prioritized and environmental stewardship is a shared responsibility.
