What you'll do
In this role, you will partner directly with senior leaders in Twilio’s Product Management organization, providing strategic HR support and guidance. You will craft and deliver a bold talent strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and enhances the capabilities of the Product Management team. You will be responsible for driving initiatives that support employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR practices are integrated into product strategy and innovation processes. You will analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. You will also play a key role in shaping the culture of the Product Management organization, ensuring that it reflects Twilio’s values and commitment to inclusion.
