Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in the technology sector. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with clients and understand their needs deeply. You are adept at problem-solving and can navigate complex situations to ensure customer satisfaction. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a diverse team.
Desirable
Experience with data-driven decision-making and familiarity with customer engagement tools would be advantageous. A background in software or technology services is preferred, as is an understanding of how to leverage AI in customer interactions.
