What you'll do
In this role, you will lead post-deal partner management for a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners, focusing on retention and revenue growth. You will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring they thrive on our platform. Your responsibilities will include setting, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics, as well as conducting business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with internal teams to translate partner needs into actionable initiatives, driving projects to completion. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing core business metrics for our restaurant partners and Uber Eats, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
