Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the enterprise sector, showcasing your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value partners. Your experience in post-sales management allows you to effectively support and retain strategic accounts, ensuring their success on the Uber Eats platform. You are adept at identifying growth opportunities and translating partner needs into actionable insights that drive mutual business value.

Your strong communication skills enable you to advocate for your partners internally, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with various teams to design and execute growth initiatives that enhance performance metrics for both partners and Uber Eats. You are results-driven, with a focus on revenue growth, product adoption, and retention.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the post-deal partner management for a portfolio of medium and strategic Enterprise restaurant partners. You will build and maintain strong relationships with these partners, driving measurable outcomes such as revenue growth and product adoption. Your responsibilities will include identifying upsell opportunities and recommending new product features that create mutual business value. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs into clear insights and advocating on their behalf within the organization.

You will develop a strong understanding of the partner landscape and build relationships across partner organizations to foster collaboration. Additionally, you will design and lead growth initiatives with restaurant partners, working closely with Uber teams to drive execution. Setting, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics will be crucial, as you will lead regular business reviews to ensure continuous improvement and success for both partners and Uber Eats.
