You understand the importance of identifying risks to partnerships and are proactive in ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with restaurant partners and other local merchants. Your experience in account management has equipped you with the skills to track key performance indicators and objectives, ensuring that you can identify opportunities for growth and expansion. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for building processes that standardize best practices within your territory.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Uber, you will collaborate with a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners to retain and grow a book of business on the Uber Eats platform. You will establish and maintain proactive communication channels with merchant partners through various means, including email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. Your role will involve identifying new sales opportunities through product adoption and upselling marketing products such as ads and promotions.

You will build processes and standardize best practices within merchant success, ensuring that our partners are set up for success from the outset. Your ability to identify key risks to partnerships will be crucial, as you work diligently to deliver the best possible experience for our partners and achieve 100% account retention. You will partner with our Operations and Sellers teams to manage relationships and address any issues or questions that arise.

Tracking merchant KPIs and OKRs will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to understand their success, issues, or opportunities. You will conduct regular business reviews to ensure that our partners are achieving their goals and to identify areas for improvement. Your strategic mindset will help you drive long-term value for both Uber and our partners.
