What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the account management team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services, driving revenue growth for the company.

You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and work with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and drive product improvements.
