You have 3+ years of professional experience in operations or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze and optimize business processes. You excel at working with large datasets and have a knack for designing experiments that drive product improvements. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and finance, to achieve strategic goals. Your communication skills enable you to maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business priorities. You are proactive in seeking out new features or improvements that can enhance marketplace efficiency, and you are adept at monitoring key performance indicators to gauge success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will help develop and implement strategies to achieve business priorities across the LATAM marketplace. You will centralize and automate core analyses and processes, regularly reviewing performance to ensure optimal outcomes. Your responsibilities will include identifying risks and opportunities within the marketplace, proposing multiple solutions, and weighing trade-offs to recommend the best approach. You will build and supervise key indicators to monitor business performance and investment efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with product teams to implement new features and improvements, measuring their impact on the marketplace. Your role will require you to maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional collaborators across operations, finance, and product, ensuring that initiatives are scoped and tested effectively.
