Overview

DoubleVerify is hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to manage billing operations and ensure revenue accuracy. You'll work with Salesforce and NetSuite while collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams. This role requires bilingual capability in English and Spanish and a strong understanding of U.S. billing requirements.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of U.S. entity billing and financial requirements. Your bilingual capability in English and Spanish allows you to effectively communicate in diverse environments. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting and are eager to learn and adapt.

Your experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is essential, as you will manage the daily upload of invoices from Salesforce CRM into the NetSuite Financial System. You possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, enabling you to reconcile Salesforce data with NetSuite invoiced data to ensure revenue accuracy.

You are self-motivated and collaborative, ready to assist in system testing, enhancements, and data validation during new feature rollouts. Your ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment makes you an ideal fit for this role.

Desirable

Knowledge of media or advertising billing is a plus, as it will enhance your understanding of the billing markets in LATAM. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be crucial for managing data and performing reconciliations effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in billing operations, ensuring revenue accuracy across various teams. You will manage the daily upload of invoices from Salesforce into the NetSuite Financial System, which is vital for maintaining accurate financial records.

You will reconcile data between Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring that all invoiced data aligns correctly. This task is essential for maintaining the integrity of revenue reporting and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Your role will involve maintaining a strong understanding of LATAM billing markets and U.S. entity billing structures. This knowledge will help you navigate the complexities of billing operations and ensure that all processes are compliant with relevant regulations.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams to facilitate smooth operations and address any billing-related inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively across departments will be key to your success in this position.
