You have a strong background in compensation analysis, ideally with experience in the LATAM region — you understand the nuances of diverse markets and can navigate complex compensation structures. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to assess market trends and internal pay positioning effectively. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects while maintaining a focus on accuracy and compliance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with HR and leadership to drive strategic decisions. Your communication skills enable you to present data insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders. You are passionate about creating equitable compensation structures that support employee engagement and retention.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the maintenance of market reference ranges for LATAM roles, ensuring that Netflix remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. You will participate in compensation surveys and assess additional market data needs to inform strategic decisions. Analyzing market trends and internal pay positioning will be crucial in guiding hiring, promotions, transfers, and retention decisions. You will contribute to regional compensation strategies that align with Netflix's culture and values, ensuring that our approach to compensation reflects our commitment to people over process. You will also collaborate with the Director of Compensation & Employee Programs LATAM to implement initiatives that enhance employee experience across the region.
