What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Claims Advocates, ensuring they are aligned with the strategic initiatives of the organization. You will oversee day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to your team to achieve exceptional claims management outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and performance within the US & Canada Claims operation.
You will work closely with the Claims Leadership team based in Phoenix, Arizona, and will be expected to spend 60% of your time onsite at the office. This hybrid role allows for both in-person engagement and the flexibility of remote work. You will tackle complex challenges and drive operational excellence, contributing to groundbreaking strategies that redefine industry standards.
